Seven rungs is unusually granular for a wholesale page, and the practical effect is that you can size an order to your actual turnover instead of rounding up to the nearest case and carrying stock you did not want.

Where the ladder actually rewards you

The steps are not evenly valuable. Moving from ten to fifteen saves 2 dollars a unit. Fifteen to twenty saves 50 cents. Twenty to twenty five saves 2 dollars and 50 cents. The twenty unit position is therefore the weakest value on the ladder, sitting almost level with fifteen and clearly behind twenty five for very little extra outlay.

The two large steps are twenty five to fifty, and one hundred to two hundred. That last one is the biggest on the page: 3 dollars a unit, taking the cost to 12 dollars, which is the floor price on this listing and twenty percent below the hundred unit rate.

If you are choosing between adjacent quantities, the ones worth stretching for are twenty five and two hundred. The ones worth skipping are twenty, which offers almost nothing over fifteen, and one hundred, if two hundred is realistically within reach for you.

It is worth noting that a ladder this granular is unusual and it exists for a reason. Buyers at the small end of the trade, single counters and pop up operators, are normally forced to choose between a token quantity and a case they cannot clear. Fifteen and twenty five unit rungs exist to close that gap, and they are the ones that get used most on listings of this kind.

Sizing the order against your turnover

Unit cost is the easy part of this decision. The harder part is cover, meaning how many weeks of trading the quantity represents at your current rate of sale.

Two hundred units at 12 dollars is 2400 dollars of capital in one box. That is the best price on the page and it is the worst decision available if it represents six months of movement for you. Sealed devices do not spoil quickly, but capital that sits still is capital you cannot use, and this category’s shelf mix changes fast enough that a very long holding is a genuine risk rather than a theoretical one.

A workable rule is to buy the largest quantity you can clear in roughly six to eight weeks, and to take the better unit price only when you can split the holding across more than one location. Storage is uncomplicated but not optional. Cases go somewhere cool, dry, dark and out of the way, and stock rotates by receipt date. Heat is the one variable that meaningfully harms sealed inventory here, and what it damages first is the flavour separation between the three tanks, which is exactly what the customer is paying the premium for.
