Every order from Buy Boutiq Carts ships fast in plain, discreet packaging with tracking, so you always know where your Boutiq Switch is.

To track your order please enter your Order ID in the box below and press the "Track" button. This was given to you on your receipt and in the confirmation email you should have received.

How to track your Boutiq order

Your order number is in your confirmation email and on your receipt. Type it into the box above, add the billing email you used, and select Track. You will see whether your order is processing, packed, or on its way, along with the latest courier update. If your parcel has shipped, your tracking number is also emailed to you the moment it leaves our facility.

How long does shipping take?

Most United States orders are processed within one business day once payment clears, and typically arrive within a few business days depending on your location. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day. You can review full timelines on our shipping page.

My tracking is not updating

Couriers can take 24 to 48 hours to scan a new label, so a brand new tracking number may show limited movement at first. If nothing changes after two business days, reach our team on the contact page with your order number and we will chase it down for you.

What each tracking status actually means

Carrier language is written for the carrier, not for you, so a few of these statuses cause far more worry than they should. Label created means the shipment exists in the system but has not yet been physically scanned. It is not a sign that anything is wrong, and it is the state most orders sit in for a few hours between dispatch and the first collection.

In transit covers everything between the first scan and the local depot, and it can sit unchanged for a day or more while a parcel crosses the country. Long distance legs simply do not generate scans in between. Out for delivery means it is on a van today. Exception sounds alarming and usually is not: it most often means weather, a missed connection or an access problem at the address.

When no movement is normal

Track Boutiq order progress using the carrier reference issued at dispatch
The tracking reference is issued when the label is created, often before the parcel leaves us.

Three situations produce a tracking page that looks frozen while everything is fine. The first is a weekend, where orders are dispatched but not collected until the next working day. The second is a long haul leg with no intermediate scans. The third is the gap between arriving at a local depot and being loaded, which can be overnight.

The point at which it is worth writing in is when tracking has not scanned at all within one working day of dispatch, or when it has sat at the same status for three working days. Before that, the honest answer is that we would be looking at exactly the same page you are.

If your order says delivered and it is not there

This is the most stressful message we get and it usually resolves. Carriers occasionally scan a parcel as delivered when it is loaded for the final leg, so it can arrive the following day. Check anywhere a parcel could reasonably be left, and check with anyone else at the address, because plain packaging means nobody recognises it as yours.

If it has not appeared within one working day of the delivered scan, message us with the order number. We can open a trace with the carrier, which we cannot do until that window has passed. We would rather do that than tell you to keep waiting.

Address problems, and the one that costs the most time

A missing apartment or unit number is the single most common cause of a failed delivery. The carrier attempts it, cannot find the recipient, and the parcel begins its journey back to us. That round trip costs more days than any other problem on this page, and it is entirely preventable at checkout.

If you realise the address is wrong before dispatch, message us immediately with the order number and the correction. Before the parcel leaves we can simply fix it. After it has left, the only options are a carrier redirect, which is not always available, or waiting for the return and reshipping. Neither is fast, which is why the thirty seconds spent checking the address at checkout is the best time investment in this whole process.

Discreet packaging and what the label shows

Parcels carry no branding, no product name and a neutral sender. That is deliberate, and it has one consequence worth knowing: nobody else at your address will recognise the parcel as yours. If someone signed for it and put it somewhere, they were not being unhelpful, they simply had no way to tell what it was or who it belonged to.

It also means the tracking page is the only place the order is identifiable. Keep the order number somewhere you can find it, because it is the fastest route to an answer from us and the only way we can look up a specific shipment.

What we can see that you cannot

Very little, and it is worth being straight about that. We see the same carrier scans you do. What we can do that you cannot is open a formal trace, confirm what was packed against what was ordered, check the batch that went out, and authorise a replacement without waiting for a parcel to come back. Those are the reasons to write in, and they are the only ones where we genuinely add something.

If your question is simply where is it right now, the tracking page above is the whole answer, and we will just read it back to you a day later.

Before your next order

Orders confirmed before the afternoon cutoff leave the same working day, so timing the order matters more than anything else for speed. The shipping page lists destinations and cutoff times, and the returns policy covers what happens if the device itself is the problem rather than the delivery. If something arrived but is not working, the troubleshooting guide resolves most cases before a return is needed at all.

Tracking questions we answer most

How long after ordering does tracking appear?

A tracking number is issued at dispatch, and orders confirmed before the afternoon cutoff dispatch the same working day. The number often shows as label created for a few hours before the first physical scan, which is normal and not a sign of a problem.

My tracking has not moved for two days. Is my order lost?

Almost certainly not. Long distance legs generate no scans in between, and weekends add a gap because parcels are dispatched but not collected. Three working days at the same status is the point worth writing in about.

It says delivered but nothing arrived. What now?

Check anywhere a parcel could be left and with anyone else at the address, since plain packaging means nobody recognises it as yours. Carriers sometimes scan delivered a day early. If it has not appeared one working day after that scan, message us with the order number and we will open a trace.

Can I change my delivery address after ordering?

Before dispatch, yes, message us straight away with the order number and the correction. After dispatch the only routes are a carrier redirect, which is not always offered, or waiting for the parcel to return to us and reshipping.

Will the parcel say what is inside?

No. There is no branding and no product name on the label, and the sender is neutral. That is the default on every order rather than something you have to request.

Do I need an account to track my order?

No. Enter the order number and the billing email used at checkout on this page and the current status appears. Tracking is live from the first carrier scan without contacting anyone.

Why we do not promise a delivery date

We give an expected window of two to five working days rather than a guaranteed date, and that is a deliberate choice rather than hedging. Once a parcel is with a carrier, the delivery date is theirs to determine, and a shop promising a specific day is promising something it does not control. Weather, depot backlogs and vehicle problems all move dates, and none of them are visible to us before they happen.

What we do control is the dispatch side, and that we will commit to: orders with cleared payment before the afternoon cutoff go out the same working day. If that did not happen, that is our problem and worth telling us about.

Bulk and trade shipments

Wholesale orders track the same way but behave differently in transit. Larger consignments move on freight rather than parcel networks, which means fewer scans and longer gaps between them, so the tracking page looks quieter even when everything is on schedule. Lead times are set out on the wholesale page and are quoted per order rather than as a blanket figure.

If you are ordering to restock a shop, order against your own lead time rather than ours. The most common trade complaint in this category is not late delivery, it is ordering at the point of running out and leaving no margin for a single bad day in a depot.

Keeping the order number safe

The order number appears on the confirmation screen and in the confirmation email. It is the only identifier that ties you to a shipment, because nothing on the parcel itself does. If the confirmation email is not in your inbox, check the spam folder before assuming the order failed, as mail from smaller shops lands there more often than it should. If it genuinely is not there, message us with the billing email and the approximate time of the order and we will find it.

When a track Boutiq order scan stops moving

The single most common worry we hear is that tracking has not updated for two days. In almost every case the parcel is moving and the scan is not. Carriers scan at handover points, not continuously, so a parcel can travel several hundred miles between two scans. A gap of 24 to 48 hours in the middle of a journey is normal. A gap of more than 72 hours on a domestic route is worth a message.

There is one exception worth knowing. If the last scan reads as arrival at a regional facility and nothing follows for three working days, the parcel has usually been missorted rather than lost. A carrier trace fixes this, and the United States Postal Service missing mail guidance explains the same process from the carrier side, and we can open one on your behalf as soon as you track Boutiq order status and tell us the last scan location. Traces are resolved in two to five working days and the parcel is normally found in the wrong facility rather than missing.

Delivered but not received is the other case that alarms people. Before writing to us, check any porch, side gate or safe place, ask a neighbour, and look for a card. Carriers occasionally mark delivered at the point the driver scans the parcel onto the van for the final leg, which means the status can run ahead of reality by a few hours. If nothing appears by the next morning, that is the moment to contact us with the order reference so we can pull the proof of delivery and the GPS stamp the carrier recorded.

For anything that turns out to be a genuine loss, we replace or refund once the carrier confirms it, and we do not make you chase the carrier yourself. Full conditions sit on the returns page, and delivery timings by service are on the shipping page.

If a parcel is confirmed lost by the carrier, your refund and redelivery rights are set out by the Federal Trade Commission, and we apply them without argument once the trace closes. You never need to chase the carrier yourself when you track Boutiq order updates through us.
